As a reminder, the City of Goodyear maintains all streets within Cottonflower, with the exception of several small cul-de-sac areas located along the perimeter of the community, as well as three additional cul-de-sacs within the interior of the property.

The Board of Directors has approved asphalt repairs and seal coating to be completed in these Association-maintained cul-de-sac areas. The work will be performed by Asphalt Restorations. Please review the attached notice from the contractor for additional details. A map identifying the affected cul-de-sac locations is also provided below for your reference and in the attached notice.

Work Schedule:

• Monday, March 9 and Tuesday, March 10:
  Asphalt repairs will be completed. Temporary closures may occur; however, the crew will work around traffic whenever possible.  You should be able ingress and egress; however, please do not park in the streets of the cul de sac areas.

• Wednesday, March 11:
  Pavement cleaning and crack seal application will be performed on each side street. The crew will continue to work around traffic.  You should be able ingress and egress; however, please do not park in the streets of the cul de sac areas.

• Wednesday, March 18 at 7:00 a.m. through Thursday, March 19 at 7:00 a.m.:
  The cul-de-sac areas identified on the map will be fully closed to allow for seal coating.

If you reside in one of the affected cul-de-sac areas, please plan to park on a neighboring street during the closure period if you will need access to your vehicle(s).
